Website content. Information on this site is general guidance about common water, drainage and sewer conditions. It is not a diagnosis of any specific property and does not create a contract.

Requests. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or an agreement for work. Scope, pricing and terms are set in a free estimate.

Estimates. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them and are based on conditions visible at inspection. Conditions discovered during work may require an approved change order.

Warranties. Any warranty applies only as written in the signed agreement for the work performed.
