Requests. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or an agreement for work. Scope, pricing and terms are set in a written estimate.
Estimates. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them and are based on conditions visible at inspection. Conditions discovered during work may require an approved change order.
Warranties. Any warranty applies only as written in the signed agreement for the work performed.
