FAQ

Questions and answers

How do you decide which waterproofing method to use?
By inspection. Entry points, grading, soil, existing systems and the layout of the home all change the answer. Anyone who names a method before looking is guessing.
Is a wet basement always a waterproofing problem?
No. Plumbing leaks, condensation, failed downspouts and sewer issues all produce water in a basement. Part of the inspection is ruling those out.
Do I need a camera inspection before sewer work?
For anything beyond clearing a clog, yes. It's the only way to know the material, depth, slope and location of a defect before excavating.
Do you charge for an inspection or estimate?
No. Inspections and written estimates are free.
Can you tell me a price over the phone?
We can explain what drives the price. An actual number comes after an inspection, in writing, with the scope it covers.
What happens after I submit a request?
Your request is recorded and someone follows up to confirm details and arrange a time. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment.
